Tips For Using Our

Family Album Digitizing Service

We normally use a standard 3- or 4-digit filename protocol. So if you want your collection scanned in a particular order, it is important to keep all of the pictures grouped in folders, envelopes or sleeves. Give the groups simple, yet identifiable names so you will be able to retrieve them easily in the future. We will use frame numbers and brief handwritten descriptions for 35mm slides. We will send you a final filename sheet with online proofs to confirm spelling prior to creating the final CD or DVD archive.
