1. Place photos/documents and Order Form in an envelope. Click here to download a PDF Order Form.

2. Reinforce the envelope with cardboard or other material and place it in a mailing container. (The USPS Priority Mail box is the best package, with the envelope wrapped in one of their water-resistant Tyvek envelope bags).

3. Write “FRAGILE” on the package.

4. Order insurance and tracking number before sending.

Upon receipt of your package, we will contact you with a quote and send you a payment link.

2. Click here to attach it to an email message addressed to us. Include your name and phone number with the message.

3. After it is sent, you will receive a confirmation email message within 15 minutes. Be sure to check your Junk or Bulk mail folders just in case you miss it.

Photo Grafix will come to your home or office to meet with you and discuss your requirements. This includes pick-up and delivery of finished work. For orders of $300 or more in Cook, DuPage and Lake counties, the charge will be waved.
